Day 5!

Day 5 of construction, although it's more like destruction right now! So far, we've gotten rid of the floor down to the concrete base, and we're starting on the floor sinks. What used to be a carpeted place with wood paneling and partly-cobblestone walls is now (almost!) an empty concrete room. Smells like PROGRESS!

Keys in hand :D

We got the lease and keys today! Plans are to get over there around 6 tonight and start gutting it. Tomorrow, we re-submit our plans to the gov't and hope they accept them.

All our workers are ready to go as soon as we get the permit.

We are now in the process of revising our coffeehouse design, so the county will approve us as a food facility. Our hopes are that we can start gutting the location this week!
